I am certified in nutritional fitness and I’ll work with you to formulate nutritional targets that match your goals in the weight room, as well as providing more specific guidance as needed with meals, supplementation, and hydration.
About Me
I’m an experienced trainer, athlete and a lifelong student of fitness. I am NASM CPT certified, and have also received other certifications including holistic nutrition and working with TRX bands. I’ve been training my body for over 15 years now, starting as just a teenager in my dad’s garage gym and going on to coach numerous athletes and everyday gym goers both independently and at commercial gyms as well.
—My favorite quote related to fitness (and life in general) is “One person with belief overrides one hundred with just intent.” More than anything else we do in the gym, my greatest role as your coach is going to be to instill and then repeatedly reaffirm your self-belief in overcoming obstacles in the way of your goals. It’s ultimately your hard work—your blood sweat and tears that will get you to where you want to be, and I want to first and foremost encourage you in the right direction by instilling that unshakeable self-belief.
- My favorite lifts are overhead barbell shoulder press and traditional barbell bench press, where I recently hit my new personal record of 450 lb for a one rep max!

How do I know which service is right for me?
We start with a consultation either in person or over Zoom where we discuss your goals, preferences, and any limitations, as well as filling out an intake form with relevant fitness history. From there, I’ll customize a program that aligns with your vision—we’ll sort out how many sessions a week would be optimal as well as what I need to hold you accountable to on days we don’t meet.
Do I need access to a gym?
Not necessarily. Some clients train at home, outdoors, or on the road—I design programs that are flexible enough to work with whatever gear or equipment you may have available.
Can I receive an invoice for my sessions?
Yes. All sessions and packages are billed via invoice, giving you clear documentation for personal records or reimbursement through eligible wellness benefits.
Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Absolutely not! I design programs and individualized sessions that meet you wherever you’re at in this journey. With patience, determination, and accountability in our training, we will guide you from wherever you started to the goals you’ve laid out for yourself.
